I would not change any thing! Aaron and his techs did a fantastic job on my vehicle, being from out of town and breaking down.
He got my vehicle in on a Saturday right away and helped me with all my needs. I would recomend aaron and his staff to any one who asks me!

May 8th, 2010 - In these days of declining customer service I would like to draw your attention to an employee who went out of her way to help me. Colleen called me this morning when your store received my son's rent check in error. She offered to return it to our home near Topeka and I was very thankful that she had gone to the trouble to notify us that the check had been sent to the wrong address. To my delight, she called a few minutes later saying she had located the correct address of the property management company there in Hays and again offered to send the check on it's way, correctly this time. Her willingness to assist a complete stranger half a state away and to continue to go the extra mile to see this through reflects well on her and also on your business.
Again, thank you very much for your kindness.

You don't become a leader in an industry with only a casual interest in your business. If you want to be number one in tires, you think, eat and sleep tires, 365 days a year. As a result of this dedication, Goodyear continues to roll out the tires America wants.

Testing Standards
Goodyear works hard to put the best possible tires on the road. Our testing standards exceed those of the government, to ensure that every product we make delivers high quality performance and dependability. See for yourself how Goodyear products live up to the highest of expectations.

In the old days, we used to brag about the millions of test miles we racked up every year, citing "x" number of trips to the moon or around the equator. Today, we use predictive testing and a host of other methodologies to reduce field and lab test time. But that's only part of the story of Global Tire Performance Prediction (GTPP), one of the new disciplines created late last year in our realignment of RD&E.
Have We Raised Tire Manufacturing To An Art Form? Maybe.

But there's no denying the amount of influence Goodyear advances have had on the tire industry. Starting with the simple process of manufacturing a tire and refining it exponentially, we have repeatedly found ourselves on the cutting edge of tire technology. Learn more here about the creation of a tire and the heights to which Goodyear has raised the art.

Tire Rotation
Rotating your tires means moving them from one side of the vehicle to the other, moving them from front to back or a combination of both. Regular tire rotation helps avoid uneven tire wear that can lead to poor performance and gas mileage.

Some tires need rotated at specific intervals, while others will need rotated depending on the wear. To find out when your tires need rotated, check your vehicle's owner's manual or ask one of our technicians. |
 |
Wheel Balance
Balancing your tires is important. If overlooked, unbalanced tires can lead to uneven wear, vibration and potentially unsafe driving conditions. Our technicians can help determine whether your tires need to be rotated and balanced based on wear or mileage.

Getting your tires balanced can mean:
• Smoother ride
• Increased Comfort
• Less driver fatigue
• Enhanced tire wear
• Enhanced for tires and drive train components |
 |

Wheel alignment is the position of your wheels relative to your vehicle. When properly aligned, your wheels will point in the same direction as the vehicle. To maintain proper control of your car, you must keep your wheels in proper alignment. Otherwise, steering will become difficult, your tires will wear unevenly and your fuel economy will decrease. An alignment check includes:
• Inspection of the steering and suspension components
• Examination of the tires for size, inflation and wear
• Comparison of your alignment to vehicle manufacturer guidelines |
