I want to personally thank you for the great service you always provide our family and our vehicles. Being disabled with Multiple Sclerosis and a single parent with two driving teenagers, our vehicles have to be dependable and reliable at all times. When I take my car in for a simple oil change, your team has always identified problems before they turn into major breakdowns. You explain our vehicles problems, in terms I can understand, and give me options that allow me to be in total control of the service. I will never go anywhere else. This not only saves me a lot of money but also helps my health and well being. With both of my sons playing basketball, we make many trips out of town every weekend in the summer. It is imperative that all three of our vehicles are reliable at all times. When we are out in western Kansas with a tournament and not a town within 60 miles it's nice to have peace of mind knowing that your vehicles will not have any problems or breakdowns. If I was stranded on a hot summer day being in the heat with my Multiple Sclerosis this would give me an exerbation. This would lead to me being hospitalized and being away from the two boys that I am raising on my own. For keeping me out of this type of situation I will be forever grateful to your team. Your service is stellar compared to any other service/repair/tire shop in Wichita. Over the last fifteen years your team feels like an extended part of my family. Your team is always there when we need you and you keep my family on the road so we can make our work and personal commitments. If you need fabulous auto service, just go see Bill! Just like the Bridges Family said, they don't do anything to your car that they haven't already talked with you about. I just had both of my cars in for different services. I called them and told them what I needed, then the day they were going to do the work, they called me to confirm, then called me when the car was done. Their prices are reasonable, and Bill and his crew are so knowledgeable. In fact, when I bought my current vehicle, I called Bill several times during the shopping process to ask questions about different vehicles and their known problems when they start to get older. He was so patient with me and told me exactly what I needed to make the best decision for me and my family.

August 12th, 2008 - Quality Service/Resonable Prices/Fast turnaround/Great Customer Service
They are the best service / repair shop around. I've had all of my vehicles with the manager for over 15 years. They explain the problem ....give you options and you are in total control of the service. I wouldn't go to anyone else. My sons are now out of high school and use them as well.
We take long trips all summer long going to basketball tourneys and we have never had our car break down. I feel safe driving any of our cars anywhere because they do all of our maintenance and repair.
They definately make you feel they are part of your family.

Kansasland is great. They have been very honest and followed what I asked them to do to a 'T'. They will recommend work if it needs it and tell you how soon it will need to be done. They never perform work that
is not approved.
