We are traveling from out of state. RV alerted low pressure right front tire. We called from a few miles away and they quoted prices for mobile truck service vs us driving the short distance to the shop. We chose to top up with our portable pump and drive. Upon arrival, we were promptly served. These guys took us an hour before closing and checked the tire thoroughly. Finding no leak, they reinstalled the tire. As Dalton was topping off the air, he noticed a loose valve stem and snugged it up. Problem diagnosed and solved. After saving our trip, they quoted no charge. Unheard of honesty in today’s world. Obviously we tipped Dalton for his professionalism and integrity. I can’t drive 1,000 miles for tire service but if you are local, these folks are great.

My daughter lost a tire & wheel off her horse trailer enroute to a college rodeo in Guymon—the lug bolts were broken off so not just a matter of putting the spare on. The Guymon, Ok. Goodyear is totally awesome! I'm a Nana traveling with 2 grandchildren, my tire light came on just before I reached Guymon. I pulled in, they immediately carefully checked every tire and had us back on the road in no time at all. Great customer service and a great staff! About 3wks ago I went in for what I thought was a flat repair but the tire did not have a good seal. I left and had the same issue pop up today. I took it back to have the same tire looked at. They replaced my valve steam, cleaned my tire and rim to ensure a good seal and that my tire was no longer leaking. I was prepared to pay for the service and was informed there was no need. Javier and his crew went above and beyond to make it right. I highly recommend all the helpful folks at Guymon Tire!

The Store Manager Javier Santiago even tho we got there ten minutes before closing had the guys look for us a rim as we needed a spare for our trailer. We got a flat on one tire which they fixed no problem but we wanted to have a spare just in case but had no luck. Either way that’s great customer service in my book. Thank you Javier.
