They are always friendly towards me .and their tire shop is fast and efficient.its one of the few non corporate American trucks stops left.Their Restaurant has good food and friendly service also.

Russ provided great service, and offered a good pricing on tires. Selection may be a little limited but they are willing to bring in tires to fit your needs.

Quick service and great people. Thank you Devin for helping us out. We had a fully loaded trailer with a tire showing its rear end( aka steel belt). They had it replaced and us back on the road in no time.

Just got an oil change on my pickup. Marty and his crew did a fantastic job. Not only was the oil and filters changed, but the cab was vacuumed, glass cleaned, and dash dusted. A terrific job all the way around.

My daughter had a nail in a tire she found a day before leaving town with car. Called and they got her in the very next morning before she needed to leave. She ended up needing a new tire. It was fixed immediately and they made her feel comfortable that she was not getting taken advantage of with extra expenses she didn’t need done. Unbelievable service from everyone at the shop. Thank you!!

Drove down from Winter Park on a recommendation from my daughter. These guys went above and beyond, stayed late on a Friday night to make sure I didn't have to come back down. The mechanic was thorough,you can tell he has pride. These guys know how to finish strong, and i am now a loyal customer.

I took my truck to the Gene Messer Ford and everyday they kept giving me the run around about part delays and when the parts finally arrived they told me it was going to be another several days before they could start working on it. I called over to McWhorters and I spoke with Mark! Mark I can’t thank you enough, I hope you are blessed this holiday season. Mark fixed my truck up the same day and helped get me out of a bind because I was being charged $750 a week for a rental. God bless you Mark and thank you again for the excellent service!

I have used this shop twice for repairs on my vehicle and it has been a smooth & pleasant experience both times. They have been quick to diagnose and complete repairs both times while remaining communicative throughout the process. This last time, they were able to diagnose and repair in the same day for half the price I as quoted at another local shop. I feel great recommending this shop, and specifically Dan who was very helpful and easy to work with.

Had a major blow out on the side of I-40 at 10:00 at night in the middle of nowhere in our RV and got referred to this company from another that was too busy. Nick answered the phone immediately and went to see if they had the tires I needed. They had exactly what I needed and also let me come back to their shop to mount and balance 4 tires for my RV. His recommendation and care for my family was top notch and above my expectations! Nick and Andrew were not only professional but they took pride in their work. I highly recommend using this company for any tire or service needs!
