I came in after hitting a curb and got really good, fast, straightforward service. Before the full diagnostic I got a description upfront of the possible different issues it might have caused and what kind of service might be needed for each option. When I got the issue diagnosed (bent tire rod), I was never pushed to get other unrelated services stacked on and didn’t have to try to assess what I actually needed vs what was unrelated. I actually left with a better understanding of how my car worked. Additionally, I overheard the technicians vocally disapproving of a bill another customer got from a different shop for services unrelated to her problem. The waiting room also has comfortable couches, as a bonus! I’ve been here a couple times for smaller issues before and always had a good experience then as well.

Manager guy Dylan was professional.Got me 2 new steering tires replaced balanced put it back on in an hour i got back on the road right away.Awesome job and reliable people.

The auto-repair industry sometimes gets a bad wrap for dishonest employees trying to price-gouge you…This place is completely the opposite! I’ve been here twice now and will come back when needed! This place is honest, considerate, and very fair priced!

I needed my AC recharged after I replaced my AC compressor on my 2007 Toyota tundra and these guys did just that.It was a breeze to work with them.They evacuated the system before the repairs and refilled it after the repairs. I would highly recommend these guys!

I had a tire blow out outside of Sterling, and the spare was put on. When I arrived in Sidney I was having issues and noises. The tire was checked and all was good. As I was leaving, the problem started again. Lance (can't remember is ne for sure) Was wonderful and took the time to try and find the answer. I was able to drive back to Colorado, although slowly and have the pickup in the shop. They went beyond helping me at no charge, highly recommend!!

Overall, a pretty good experience. Took my car in for an alignment after replacing all front end components and the car drives nice and straight afterwards.They got all the specs in besides the caster (about .7 degrees out on either side so I’m not too worried about it. Car is 25 years old), but they were spewing some bs about a sway bar affecting your alignment (it doesn’t unless their rack isn’t level). If you guys can’t get all the specs in, please just say so.

Derby Kansasland is my new go to place for all my mechanical needs, I was tired of being overcharged at other auto shops and took several days to get in but Kansasland has always been able to get me in promptly and treated my vehicles with priority. the quotes also have been very reasonable with top quality work., I have been there several times now and feel I can trust them.
