Chris was a huge help to us when buying a car! We were able to ask him any questions that we had, and get his recommendations on which cars would be the most durable. I'm from out of town and had an emergency flat tire repair needed. I called, and they said they were a little busy. But if I could drop it off, they would be able to get to it. Since im from out of town, I did not have anywhere to go. They went above and beyond to take me somewhere to get lunch, and as busy as they were still had my car completed in about the time It took me to eat lunch, then picked me up when they were done.. This place is the absolute best and such a life saver for me today!!

I enjoyed it friendly service I asked him a lot of questions not about tires just about the building the history... how old it was.. he had some pictures of what it used to look like I think they should go into restoration would be awesome probably cost too much though.Pretty cheap fast quality service im from Emporia and it's about the same price in Emporias location.

Definitely my new go to for tire service. Went in on a Saturday afternoon as a walk in, just to drop off my summer tires to be mounted on my wheels whenever they had a chance to get to them, no rush. To my surprise they said they could do it that day and even install them on my car. Arrived back to pick up my car and my tires were clean and the old wheels were bagged up for me, which I haven’t seen any other shops do. Professional, kind, and courteous staff all around.

Really great place, prices on service and of course tires, are some of the best around! This shop specifically has that “old school” like a time capsule vibe to it, i love it. The staff was amazing, had a flat tire and it was getting close to closing time and they fit us in no problems. Very knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to up sale what we needed, offered honest guidance on which tires would be the best for the cost. Ended up buying 8 tires in less than 48 hours for 2 cars. Talk about fast! We were in and out in no time at all. Amazing people to deal with!

I have never had an experience like this with auto services! I placed an order online for tires, but the tire finder ordered the wrong size of tire. They had the right ones, but I had to cancel and reorder through Goodyear. They called the next morning to let me know that he had saved them aside for me the day before, and I could bring my car back whenever I wanted and they'd get them on for me! To make things ever sweeter, when I was walking back to the store from work, they saw me coming and had my paperwork and keys ready to go when I hit the door. THAT is service!

Extremely professional, extremely fast!Had a tire go out on me the other week and they let me bring in that singular wheel, order the tire, AND get it changed before lunch was over! They were so great that I went and got the rest of my tires changed there and it was pretty much just as fast.One gentleman on the phone (I think his name was Chris or something like that) even pointed me to the cheap, quality tires that would make sense to the Sunday Bob like me. Didn't try to sell me some wheels for a GT or anything. Would highly recommend and probably going to get my brakes done here soon, too!

This was the second experience I have had with Kansasland Tire in Topeka. Both good! The first time I thought I had an issue and they helped me see I didn't -- could have done something or recommended something. They were honest and straight. Yesterday I had a inner side-wall puncture and they found me a matching tire, picked it up, and treated me with attention and care. Great job Tim!

300 miles from home (and my 95 year old father) and my engine was continuously overheated and would just die. James got me in immediately and the day before I needed to be home he had me back on the road. I paid what he quoted and made it home safely. This was my first time coming to this particular KansasLand Tire, and I can tell that the mangement here does value your time and cares about customer service. When a flat repair took longer than they had estimated for me, the manager gave me a discount on the service and thanked me for my patience. I will be returning to this location again in the future! I had my car towed to 300 SW 6th Ave. Location. This place Rocks. For Real! They ordered the part for my car, put it on and the problem was solved, and hours later called me and told me my car was ready!! I was expecting a couple of days work. My Car like new again, runs great! The customer service and the quality of the work is wonderful. The cost was great for the service and I paid little lower than what was quoted. I am one very happy customer!! James and Corey and everyone that helped me was so helpful. Thank you Kansasland Tire!! I will be bringing my vehicles here from now on!!
