I just have to say that when things don’t go well and parts take longer to get in than expected these guys step up to the plate big-time! Walker and his team at the North Rock location got us into a rental car No hesitation to do the right thing by us. They got the part in as quickly as possible, and got the car returned fixed, and ready to roll! It’s nice to know that there is a shop that stands behind their work and when things don’t go as planned adapts and always has the customers experience top of mindHappy customer for life!

Had got 4 new tires with alignment, They have a super friendly staff that really dose cares about your business a safety, Dose seem to be a busy location so scheduling maybe a day or 2 out. A week ago, as we were driving down I-35 from Kansas City to Wichita, my car developed an intermittent strong shimmy in the front end. I feared it was something major. Kansasland got me right in for a quick check, and they determined I only needed a rebalancing of my front wheels. They did all of this while I was at a business meeting and had my car ready to go when I returned a few hours later. I begged them to let me pay, but they refused saying that balancing is always free. Even though I had not bought my tires there, they took GREAT care of me and would not let me pay them. How often does that happen in life? I am a big fan!

Spent most of my adult life going to a small family owned chain of mechanics, moved here, and tried a few places in the area to see if I'd get the same charm and honesty. This kansasland specifically has that. I requested a quote a few weeks ago on a oil change + filter replacement, decided against the filter replacement prices they had and bought my own. Unfortunately, one of those filters was a PITA to get to, and I brought it with me for my oil change. I asked if they could put it in, and I'd pay whatever.While I waited, several people came in and out of the shop for small things, and you could tell the guys truly cared about their customers. If it was something small, the office guys themselves went and took care of it, and one guy had a massive issue and they were discussing ways to try and get him a deal on it while he was on the phone.Overall, I was super happy with my service, and I am everytime I come in. Thanks for all you guys do!

Outstanding Service – Above and Beyond!If I could give this team 20+ stars I would. To say their service is outstanding is such an understatement! To understand my review, you need to know my story. My husband left CA moving a friend to AR. Leaving Limon, CO they had an issue with a 2004 Ford Truck pulling a cargo trailer. They were headed to Wichita so I called Kansasland Tire and Service. This is where I met Walker (by phone). I explained the situation. He immediately contacted the store in Salina to see if he could get my husband some service closer to his location. Unfortunately, they were not able to help. He explained he could send a tow and he would personally drive to Selina to pick up my husband, his friend and their service dog while the truck and trailer were towed. My husband decided to continue toward Wichita limping the truck and trailer. Finally, the truck broke down completely. I called Walker again. This time I spoke with Chris who immediately arranged a tow – not even knowing the exact location of my husband (somewhere on I35 headed to Oklahoma City). In addition, they sent one of their technicians, Kaleb, to pick up my husband, his friend and the service dog while the tow truck pulled the truck and trailer back to the shop. I spoke with this team probably 15 times today. Each time my calls were received with a polite, friendly and helpful attitude. This team went above and beyond the call of duty. Not only were they helpful with the repair of the truck but they recognized a fellow man was in trouble and jumped into action to help. They represent the best of mankind – something missing in this world. To Whom It May Concern: Kansasland is lucky to have this fine group of young men. Given the opportunity, I would bring all of my vehicles to them for every service. God bless you all for your kindness, your incredible service and your willingness to stay almost two hours beyond the time the shop closed. You guys are amazing! I thought you’d like to know.

I had a profound clacking noise in my engine and my heart sunk. My first thought was a throne rod. I played a video for the staff and that was the first thing that popped in their heads also. Long story short, simply had to replace a couple of pulleys. I feel as though they could’ve taken advantage of me and suggest an engine replacement, but they spared me the expense and made the necessary repairs for far less than the cost of an engine replacement. I have been turning to them more and more for my vehicle repair needs and each time I am more and more impressed and thankful for them.Visit number two. We have had our “new to us” Chrysler Pacifica for some four years and sleep appointment today to get new tires and a last minute oil change today. I quoted the wrong size tire and they were still able to take care of me on the same visit. As far as I’m concerned, these folks ARE the real deal. I will definitely be back with my other vehicles. I TRUST THEM!Visit number 3. They set me up with a pair of wonderful tires for my Ford F250 and an alignment. Speedy and professional service as usual 😀
