I've been taking my car to McWhorters for years, my grandmother has been taking her vehicles there for over 20 years and we will both continue to. They are the absolute best. If they can fix your problem, THEY WILL. ALL of the employees are kind, sincere, and very thorough. They really care, they dont cut corners, they are honest and reasonable. I highly recommend! Came in needing some help with my hard to find tires and the sales man with a ball cap whoever he is was the best service I’ve ever had! He was knowledgeable in helping me find the right tires, took the time to ask me important questions and I felt like genuinely made an effort to get to know me as a person not just a sale! On top of that he even fixed my flat for free!! Huge help since my particular tires had to be ordered.. Because of that I most definitely will be returning and letting friends and family know!

This staff was AMAZING! Husband called ahead about headlights needing replacement. Upon arrival they were knowledgeable about the call, got me in right away, were accepting of the bulbs we pre purchased, finished the job QUICKLY. They were friendly and professional. Came here to get an alignment which I was dreading having a toddler but the guys that work here and handle those things did a wonderful job. For all my tire needs McWhorter tire is where I go. They are the fastest. Everyone else you need an appointment. Adrian was the tire installer and was very respectful and professional. I didn't get the name of the guy in the front desk but he was awesome. Thank you guys so much.

Great service and price! I've been here 5 times now between my personal truck and work truck. Great at inspections, airing up your tire to help, oil changes, and fixing tires - of course.I brought my work truck in and said replace the tires, do whatever you need to (my work was paying for it), but they evaluated it and just fixed the stem which was less than $20.Would definitely trust them to do the right thing (ethically) and get it done right!

Pickup got a flat tire with a swollen/stripped lug nut. Had been told by another tire shop they couldn't do anything about it. McWhorter got me in a little before closing and handled it excellently for a great price. Never going anywhere else in Lubbock

Wasted 2 hours at discount tire waiting to check a flat this took 10 minutes and they always point out any honest irregularities, while discount tries to get away with lying about not rotating tires saying it adds for traction... rotating tires is to extend the life of the tires gtfo
