I booked a tire service for discounted Goodyear tires through USAA, and this location was highly rated on the Goodyear website, and close by. My appointment was at noon and when I arrived on time, and I left to grab food nearby, they told me service typically takes 1-1.5 hours. I returned asking a question which they were quickly able to resolve. I was out of the door by about 1:15 pm. This location’s front office was very respectful, and the auto staff were done in the time promised. I’m no expert, but everything looked good when I got back to my car and I was pleased with the driving experience home!

I had a low tire light indicator on in my car and stopped by the Quincy location without an appointment to have them check my tires. I took one of my vehicles with aftermarket coil overs in to get an alignment. While they didn’t do an alignment (I’m assuming they could be held liable due to aftermarket suspension) over the phone they were very informative on the issue and basically what all to do which was great. They didn’t charge me anything due to no work being done on the vehicle of course but would take my other vehicles there in a heartbeat, they don’t seem like they want to rob customers over anything, super honest group of guys!

Usually getting a flat tire is a super unpleasant (and expensive) experience. I had a slow leak in my tire. They had diagnosed the problem and ordered the tire I needed within 30 minutes. Max was so friendly and helpful. It was the easiest and most painless process possible. I didn’t feel pressured like I often do in car repair shops. I felt like I got all of the information I needed and my options were super clear. Their prices are really reasonable and everyone is so friendly and efficient. Such a great experience. Would recommend to anyone that asks. They really go above and beyond.

These are some of the most honest mechanics I have ever met. I brought my car in having been told at another shop that I would have to get my suspension fixed, AC fan replaced, and starter replaced. I bring it to this shop as I had gotten a flat tire fixed with them before, and they did a top to bottom inspection of my vehicle and told me that all I needed was a tire alignment and set of new tires. They chose to be very honest and now I won't be taking my car anywhere else. They are the best around.

These gentlemen really helped me out of a bind one year ago when I stopped by for an oil change. I am on alot of oxygen and had forgotten my purse in my hotel room. Already late for my appt, I hoped I could gather enough cash from my car and then pay the rest by credit card when I returned back to my hotel room. I've lived in the neighborhood for over 10 years but never tried them because I used other shops. I've used them several times this year because I'm interested in having a neighborhood location that I can rely on for honest and friendly service that I don't have to fight traffic to get to. Cesar is professional, but Max (I believe that's his first name, last name's Jett) is both professional and friendly. Max is the reason you patronage an establishment even if they're not always the cheapest. My first experience was earlier this summer for an AC repair. What was supposed to be a coolant recharge turned into replacing the hose due to a slow leak that wasn't caught at first, and I had to bring it back. I was very upset when I was told the cost because it's always a shock when a quick service turns into hundreds of dollars. Max did his best to explain the repair and showed me the damaged part. He also shopped around for a cheaper part, which brought the cost down significantly but added another day. He was very patient and kind even when I wasn't.Today, I went in for a tire repair. They fixed the tire and had me on my way within 20 minutes! The tech, Kevin, was extremely friendly and took the time to load the spare tire back into my trunk and waited for me to get into my car. It's the little extras that mean the most. I think I found what I was looking for!

Absolutely amazing experience! I had a large tire puncture one evening, so I called right when they opened. Since I was concerned they would not be able to patch it, Max ordered a replacement tire as a backup and said they would simply return the tire if I didn’t need it. Turns out they were able to patch my tire. The staff could have easily told me the hole was too large and sold me a replacement tire…but they didn’t! This level of honesty is extremely rare. I will be back when I actually need new tires.

I can't say enough good things about this Coloradoland! My car battery died unexpectedly, and even though I had never been a customer before, Max and the team went above and beyond to help me out. Max was incredibly kind and professional, coming out to jump-start my car without hesitation.What impressed me most was how genuine and caring they were, even though they knew I wasn't getting any repairs done. It's rare to find such dedication and warmth in the auto repair business. If this is how they treat someone in a pinch, I can only imagine the level of service they provide to regular customers. Picked up a screw on Fwy... Tire light came on... Stopped and found screw in middle of tire ... Went to Discount tire and they , of course, tried to tell me my tires were bad and needed new set... My tires about 1 yr old... This is why I don't use discount tire anymore... Lots of deep tread in center of my tire. Talked to Service Mgr at Co. Tire...he said ,''Well, come over and let us look'' .. He determined plenty of tread depth to do a plug, and did what discount tire stopped doing when they figured out hard sell to naive unsuspecting customers and , ''forcing customers to 1.) rotate tires as they want... Not what customer wants and saying 2.) tread too bad... ........ If there is a problem with your shock or allignment that is wearing on one tire you will then tear all your tires up by rotating them. I was very happy with Colorado Tire and glad I found them. Sure beats the schluck non service from Discount tire.

These guys are GREAT! Long story...but we had a break job done at one of the Kansasland locations. But there was a warranty issue when we got back to Denver. So had that replacement done at a different Coloradoland location (north Denver). On a return trip from the Springs, she started to have problems again. This location not only stopped and took the time to help her out, they worked with us to get better parts, and took care of the repair. About 2 weeks later we had a completely different circumstance come up. We brought it back to them. Not only did they repair it, they replaced other parts that were starting to fail and made sure my wife's vehicle was safe and sound. So many times we find ways to report the things that are negative but I wanted to make sure that these guys got the credit they deserve for taking care of my bride when she was on the road, without an appointment and then went above and beyond to not only do it right, but to use their knowledge to avoid issues down the road. We live 1.5 hours from this location...and we won't go anywhere else for brake and suspension work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TEAM.
