My son is a student at Pittsburg State University. I live in Overland Park. I have my son’s car serviced when he’s home on break. However, he had a slow leak in a tire that needed repair. I looked up Kansasland and others in Pittsburg, read the reviews, and scheduled an appointment. Great Choice! The people were friendly, professional, and efficient. They didn’t know my son or me. I was treated better at Kansasland than I am at the big time shop that I’ve used for 15 years in OP. And this was a small repair issue, hardly worth their time.Why such a big deal over a small job? Generations of my family go back to S.E. Kansas. I know the difference between folks that are friendly because it’s who they are and people that are friendly because they want your money. We’ll be getting my son’s car serviced at Kansasland in Pittsburg now.

I was in need of a tractor tire repair. The technician came with all the equipment needed to repair the tire and did so in less than ideal conditions.Friendly, professional service completed in a timely manner.Highly recommended.

Service Manager recommended some different tires after having multiple flats and slow leaks in my work truck tires that are working out perfectly. They got them overnighted and then called me to install them the next morning. Quality service and very friendly and helpful employees.

I was about to head home to KC and found a tire going flat on my truck bc of a screw 1/4" from the sidewall. I showed up 5 minutes before KSLand closed. They didn't have my exact tire, so they offered to put my spare on for free. I can't thank these guys enough.

Very nice and trustworthy people. I went in for an alignment and they gave me a rental for no extra cost because my vehicle had a camber bolt seized. They even brought me in to show me the seized bolt. They also offered to check on my rough idle for no extra charge. I will definitely be going back here when I need anything done in the future.

My PSU daughter needed help with a flat tire. I called Kansasland Tire and spoke with Tom ( I believe ) he immediately took care of my daughter ! She drove to the tire shop and they got her in. Unfortunately, we live a few hours away. We needed someone to guide us and assist our 18 year old who had a flat tire. We thought about patching the tire. However, they were so helpful we decided to go ahead and purchase a full set of tires. This was in August. I felt comfortable they cared more about our kiddo than selling us products. Now fast forward to November- on Friday our daughters check oil warning came on. She called Kansasland and sure enough they got our daughter in on Saturday and took care of her again! Prices are spot on. Customer service is excellent!

I usually don't trust a lot of mechanics but ever since I have started taking my cars here they show me what is wrong and they don't try to upsell me a million things and they tell me if it a repair that needs done now or if it can wait. Amazing place!

I was getting a flat tire when I was by Kansas Land Tire and pulled in..I mentioned I bought new tires a month ago was on back that Walkers Auto motive put on. I let them know when I got tires from Walkers how my stearing wheel bounced and I put my brakes on the highway.So I bought 2 new tires for the front and my old front I ask to keep the one as a spare and put in hatch, which they didn't follow through with that. I noticed when I got home it wasn't back there.It cost me 401.00 for 2 front.. 146.00 each tire and I see an extra 45.00 was charged I didn't know was on there I guess was extra for a warranty.. Since I didn't agree to that I should be refunded back the 45.00...I mention the bouncing in stearing wheel a guy said it might be my rotors. I said It start when I got my other set if tired on...Since Kansas land put these tires on the bouncing of stearing wheel almost stop...I call Auto zone and told them he can guarantee me it's not my rotors, there's no sound of grinding or squeaking..Auto zone told me to take it back to Kandas Land and the beads for balancing is off... H e told me last night to have them fix it...So after I get off of work I will head that away...They was friendly, but I felt the older man was trying to get me to buy rotors, which I was told from an auto place I didn't need them...I hate when women gets taken Since we don't know stuff about cars...But they was quick.

Consistently friendly & convenient service. Notable experience: once on the road in Kansas City for work & had a tire puncture needing repair. My fleet service provided several KC area businesses to use but none could repair my tire for *days*. With tire able to hold air for a couple of hours, I called Kansasland, told them situation & when I planned to be in Pittsburg later that day. They said, “come in when you arrive and we’ll take care of you”. They fixed as promised & I was back on the road 30 minutes after I arrived.

I stopped as a walk in to see about an oil change. Jeff checked with the shop people and said they could get to it in about 20 minutes. When my vehicle was ready I received a detailed report of concerns to be addressed in the future. As this vehicle is still relatively new to me, this heads up was quite helpful. And the cost of the oil change was very competitive.
