I am from Idaho and am moving across the country to Georgia, driving my Subaru Impreza with my sister and my cat. My car had been making a squealing sound when I braked and I had two separate mechanics in Idaho (including the Subaru dealership in Nampa, ID) tell me my brakes were fine and I didn’t need to replace the pads or the rotor. We made it to North Platte Nebraska and my brakes started to make a grinding noise. I called around to a few different places and everyone was booked out at least a week. I finally called NebraskaLand Tire and Service, and they told me to come right in. They saw my car right away, determined I needed all brake pads replaced (see attached photo) to and the front rotors. We sat in the lobby with my cat, actually saw the parts for my car get delivered and we were out the door and back on the road in just 1.5hrs. I don’t know if I just lucked out, or if NebraskaLand is just that amazing. Seriously saved this trip, and we still have enough time to make our next stop of Independence, MO. Special shoutout to James who did an incredible job, was informative, and extremely kind and helpful. We don’t have this company in Georgia, but anyone living in the area, or passing through, I HIGHLY recommend this business. I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience was so great, I am writing my first review ever, just for them. Thank you so much James and a NebraskaLand North Platte!

I’m always a little weary that I may be taken advantage of as a young woman in an auto shop, but McWhorter’s made me feel immediately at ease. The lube manager, Charles, is very honest and will make sure you are taken care of. Wonderful people and and fast service. My go to for my car’s needs now!

Rick was amazing with my brand new car when my warranty wouldn't cover certain services (even though I only had a week) and he was very professional, friendly and helpful.

I had 4 locking lugnuts removed because I didn't have the key. They had it done in about an hour for $40. In these times that is a great price. I don't think I could buy 4 matching lug nuts for that much but also included the labor. I can't praise them enough. Honest job for an honest price, that's all we expect and they delivered.

Just had them come out and replace a steering wheel and tire. Great service!!! Attention to details is important. It's the little things that make all the difference. Service tech didn't miss a step. Highly recommend.

We had a unique situation, because we had a tire blow out and had bought our Goodyear tires in Wisconsin, so I wasn't sure if they would be able to help us with the warranty that we had purchased when we bought the tires.Not only did they help us get the warranty processed, they did in extremely fast.If you ever need tires, THIS is the place to go...They not only know their stuff, they also provide some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.

Was having some issues with my truck and took it to a few different places and wasn’t comfortable with those places, brought my truck into Coloradoland and immediately felt more comfortable. Met with Kris and he walked me through the issues of my vehicle and took the time to show me the issues and explain what they were and how they could fix them. Great prices all around and wonderful customer service would highly recommend this company and its great staff.

Such kind customer service! Flexible. Reasonably priced. Locally owned and operated. Knowledgeable mechanics. Offer used tires - if inventory available; call to confirm inventory available - otherwise, you're offered new tire pricing. Ya won't find a kinder, more customer-focused tire shop within a 50-mile radius.

Nebraskaland was great. We were stuck with a flat while traveling through from out of town. It turned out to be more than just a punctured tire. Scott took care of it. He was friendly, helpful, and professional. Scott and the management team provided great service at a fair price.
