Recently had my oil changed and a inspection. Chris and the staff where amazing they found a few things that needed attention on my sentra and helped me prioritize the repairs to work with my finances as I'm a single mom of 2 and dont know much about cars. They really are great people and I'll never go anywhere else!

I had a minor issue with a loose skid plate under my car while visiting from Houston. The team at Colorado Tire and Service not only fixed it quickly but also did it for free! Their kindness and professionalism were truly exceptional. The staff was incredibly welcoming to me and my pup. Highly recommend them!

I've had my tires patched at this location for every puncture, with no problems afterward. They get you in and out quickly, and their pricing feels right, so I have no complaints.

**Edited. Original issue at bottom. Immediately after this complaint, the following Monday at 8a Rick called me. I wasn’t able to call back until Wednesday, but he persistently tried to get in touch to resolve the issue. By Thursday I was able to come in after work and got a brand new tire no extra cost, driving home within 30 mins. This was all I needed to ease my anxiety, and appreciated the service.Original issue: I’ve hired both the West Maize and the 21st & Amidon Kansasland mechanics over the years and just feel like it’s not worth the distrust. The 21st & Amidon location installed a full new set of tires on my vehicle within the last year and I bought the tire protection plan along with them. One of the tires had something another mechanic described as “something I’d never seen before” which you never want to hear - strips of plastic that were melded into the sidewall of the tire that when pulled out left gashes in the rubber as pictured. This seemed like a manufacturer’s defect that shouldn’t be on Kansasland or me, but when I went in asking to see if this tire could be replaced under the protection plan I was told it was not a concern. They replaced the valve core for free, which if it was an issue I appreciate, but seemed very dismissive about the cracks. I don’t know if it’s a deep safety concern, but I didn’t want to have to feel doubtful of what has been basically a brand new tire.

I brought my company truck in today for an oil change and Brian, Daved, and crew couldn’t have been better to with. They were friendly, conversational, prompt and more helpful than most people in the service industry, 2025. It reminded me of going to a good, old fashioned, mechanics shop back when I was a kid. They went above and beyond to repair a mistake from a prior mechanic that I was suspicious of, and had me safely back on the road within the hour. I highly recommend this Kansasland Goodyear shop!

I had a bad trailer tire on a Saturday. Still a hour out and they said that's fine just get here when you can, we'll wait. The truck tire guy came in on his day off and replaced both tires on that side to avoid future headaches. Thank you guys very much for the help.

These guys are amazing!! We were driving our new RV back home from Tulsa where we bought it but we noticed our rear tire constantly getting low so we called them up while passing through Amarillo. They pulled us into the shop, found out the tire was ok but the valve stem was bad. They got it fixed up, gave us a courtesy fluid top off and sent us on our way. We were in and out in 20 minutes. Valve stem is still going strong and we made it home ok. McWhorter's will definitely be our go to stop when driving through Amarillo. Thanks guys!!!

Jeff and his team immediately resolved the issue with professionalism and care. Since then, I’ve been a loyal customer, and every visit reaffirms why I continue to recommend them to everyone.Here’s a fun fact I didn’t know until I became a regular: ColoradoLand is a trusted partner with the City of Lakewood, handling maintenance for their vehicles. I even saw a state trooper getting an official car serviced during one of my visits!
