I am from Idaho and am moving across the country to Georgia, driving my Subaru Impreza with my sister and my cat. My car had been making a squealing sound when I braked and I had two separate mechanics in Idaho (including the Subaru dealership in Nampa, ID) tell me my brakes were fine and I didn’t need to replace the pads or the rotor. We made it to North Platte Nebraska and my brakes started to make a grinding noise. I called around to a few different places and everyone was booked out at least a week. I finally called NebraskaLand Tire and Service, and they told me to come right in. They saw my car right away, determined I needed all brake pads replaced (see attached photo) to and the front rotors. We sat in the lobby with my cat, actually saw the parts for my car get delivered and we were out the door and back on the road in just 1.5hrs. I don’t know if I just lucked out, or if NebraskaLand is just that amazing. Seriously saved this trip, and we still have enough time to make our next stop of Independence, MO. Special shoutout to James who did an incredible job, was informative, and extremely kind and helpful. We don’t have this company in Georgia, but anyone living in the area, or passing through, I HIGHLY recommend this business. I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience was so great, I am writing my first review ever, just for them. Thank you so much James and a NebraskaLand North Platte!

Had a blow out on our truck while towing our camper in the middle of a lonely stretch of highway. Changed to the spare and located the closest tire store 2 hours away. Called them and they had tires that would fit. We told James we would be there and we arrived an hour before closing. James made it happen for us and determined we could use our original wheel. We arrived one hour before closing worried we would be delayed untilMorning. But James assured us they could handle the job. We left an hour later with three new tires and a huge sense of relief! best/most convenient place for tire services and oil changes in the townThe prices are normal, i can almost always make an appointment for the next day even when we call afternoon day before. I have had them repair a lawn mower tire, mount new rims, oil changes, tire rotations and now purchased new tires with mount and balance. They have worked on our mazda, two silverados and even tackle our tire needs regarding our Tesla. Excellent

First of all I want to thank Bud and his team they are the best I’ve ever dealt with in the tire business! We were in North Platt July 12th 2023 with 1 blown out tire on a 24’tandem dual flatbed trailer, called Nebraskaland tire spoke to Malissa asked her if they had my tire size she replied sure do in-stock as a matter of fact ! Told her I would be there in 15 min and to hang on to the tire . Made it to the shop and immediately they started working on the tire while examining my other tires I noticed an issue with two other tires and had them replaced also ! Now I buy lots of tires being in the oil and gas industry here in Texas we go through plenty of tires and travel quite a bit and everyone knows how tires and mechanic work seems to go up in price with out of state tags on your vehicle ? Not the case here ! Ya know the story we all do if you’re over 30 years old? Well l can attest that Bud , Malissa and crew treated us like we had known each other for years, it’s so awesome to find there are still some nice , friendly, professional business owners around ! CUSTOMER SERVICE WOW!!!After a bad experience at Modern Tire Pros, I came to Nebraska Land for the first time. Long story short, I'm on a loooong trip across the country and had a blowout on the freeway near North Platte. Bud, the Manager of the shop literally bent over backwards to get me back on the road. This type of customer service is hard to come by these days and so being very impressed, I wanted to leave a positive review. Shout out to Melissa for picking up the new tires within 20 minutes from the local warehouse. I came in as a customer in need and left feeling like I made genuine friends. I came in yesterday in the middle of a 1200 mile road trip for an alignment due to my car pulling to the right so much it was becoming exhausting to drive. This was around 9am Tuesday June 21st and the gentleman at the front desk (I forget his name but it started with a B I think) got me in immediately, I was told by 6 other businesses they couldn’t get me in until next week, and within an hour I was back on the road. I was told there was something bent that caused the alignment to be so out of whack and I would need to get it checked out but they assured me it was safe to drive and they got it from a +12 to a -1, I don’t know what that means but it worked wonders. The peace of mind alone was worth the expense and the difference was so noticeable I was able to finish the journey in record time. I really appreciate the care given by the team to an out of towner in need of help, there’s still good people out there.

Bud Ham and his crew were great. I pulled in after replacing a flat on our fifth wheel, 7 miles outside of town. I was looking to replace all the tires including the spare. I was looking for Goodyear Endurance as I had good luck with them in the past. We got a little lucky and they had them in stock. His guys went to work on them immediately and we were back on the road in about an hour.I would definitely recommend Nebraskaland Tire in North Platte for all your tire needs.

Bud and his crew did an outstanding job on short notice to install a new brake line for our Jeep Wrangler. We were just passing through and discovered the line had developed a hole which made the vehicle undrivable. They understood our need to get it repaired quickly so we could continue our trip and agreed to work on it without an appointment. Once they saw the problem, they did a thorough job explaining the work to be performed, got the parts and finished the repair in under two hours so we were back on the road. In the end, the line looks awesome and they even took the extra effort to clean the tire that was covered in brake fluid.
