Been here 3+ times for fairly major work that Firestone couldn't handle - timing belt, etc. Price was lower than other places I checked, very friendly, willing to explain everything, seemed very honest about what was necessary and what could wait. Jeff & Javier do a great job managing this shop!

These fellows put me back on the road…they have replaced my engine in my Ford Escape at a price that no one could touch.A brand new engine, with a full warranty and unlimited miles! NO ONE came close to the final price. Everyone else was an easy $12,000 . And no warranty!I won’t quote my final price but it was a couple of grand less!Thank you SteveYour service was impeccable and you were always ready with updates!!!Graditude Guys!!!!‼️❤️

Not gonna lie...I was skeptical at first but needed someone new to help out with a recurring issue after Subaru (Groove) could not.These guys figured it out quickly and got it done right! Told me some things about the existing tires that Subaru never disclosed (I wasn't the original owner, but Groove had done all the previous maintenance).In any case, CTS was fast, efficient, reasonably priced and respectful of my time and financial limitations.I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK!

Prices were fair and service seemed great so far! Staff in the morning wasn't quite awake maybe but there was zero eye contact and very little speaking at all. Awkward and didn't make me super comfortable since it was my first time in which I did mention with no response. Communication after dropping off and then at pickup was much better

I can only say positive things about this place. I reached out to them after a bad experience at another tire shop nearby. The Coloradoland staff have great attention to detail, excellent customer service and amazing communication. The list goes on on how amazing they are. Very reasonable pricing too! I had ball joints and a wheel alignment done at this shop. There were some other issues that the manager took care of personally, when the manager gets into the shop with his technicians that tells you a lot about customer service. I would use them again.Steve KContractor excavator

While visiting family in Littleton my low tire pressure light came on. My brother in law recommended them. They checked the tires and sensors, added air to one. "No charge for just adding air". WOW! (You can bet the folks who "serviced" my car just before I left Kansas City will not get 5 ☆☆☆☆☆).

We have been here twice recently, for two different vehciles. First time was a oil change, no crazy suprise charges or pushes for extra work. Second time was a problem we had and a oil change. They were kind, communicated well and once again no surprise we did this without asking fees. Prices were fair. Our long time mechanic loved away, we are glad we were reffered here.

Being new to the area, we took our Chevy here for an oil change and service. It was GREAT working with them! So often I leave an auto shop feeling like I didn't get a fair price for the service, not here. I left feeling like it was totally fair and reasonable. They checked everything and only did what needed to be done. They didn't try to sell me work I didn't need... so refreshing! The staff is also friendly and communicated with me through the entire process. I think we have found our new "shop!"
