I never have to go back twice. They get done right and will tell you first if they can not before working on your vehicle. They friendly and will chat you making you feel at home. They are patient and explain what is wrong, why, how, and solutions for the problem. Thru will brake down prices with you so you understand where the cost is coming from. If they know a place that can help you when they can't they'll tell you as well as give the place a call to be sure you can be seen. If they are busy they'll give you a name, number and location so you call a head. Highly recommend to those that want it done right.

Want to say a big thank you to Kansas Land Service for getting my vehicle fixed and back on the road in a timely manner! The vehicle came in for simple strut replacement but I asked for a suspension check of the other components they found a few problems that could have been catastrophic if not fixed. The shops concern for Saftey was top notch and I appreciate that did I spend a little more than I wanted to sure but the Saftey trumps that any time! Thanks again Kansas Land you have a new customer!

I appreciate the people there who didn't turn me down , got the right trailer tire asap , mounted it quickly, check and added air , no extra cost , ( some mfrs charged me 25$ for it ) gave me a slight discount, ( enough to buy me breakfast and leave a tip to the tire mechanic) and most importantly didn't slow me down , got me back on schedule right there and then . So aside of dropping 280$ , overall it was a pleasant interaction. Believe me I've seen way worse and nastier . The CS people were cool dudes and gentlemen! Respect and appreciation

Brian the store manager was excellent to work with! Had my truck towed there early Saturday morning and he did everything to accommodate my schedule (3rd shifter) to make sure I could pick it up if it got finished that day! I discovered a slow leak in a tire. I called the store and they told me to bring it in and they would get to it. As my wife and I pulled away, they were pulling it into a garage! When I had older vehicles I used Kansasland all the time. With our newer cars we had to use the dealer’s shop in order to keep our specials up-to-date. I was glad to see that nothing had changed in the way the people there treated their customers. They got my tire fixed at reasonable price.
