I never leave a review for businesses, but Kansasland has consistently impressed me over the past year that I’ve been taking my cars here. They are fast, knowledgeable, affordable, and most importantly, professional and friendly. Other shops I’ve been to have tried pressuring me into decisions but Kansasland always just gives the facts, and even discusses the pros and cons of the options presented. Special shoutout to Brian - he has always been communicative, patient and helpful.

I went in for 2 new tires and an oil change. Turns out I was misinformed by the dealership and I did not need 2 new tires, but just 2 tires repaired. The crew at Kansasland was very honest and told me I didn't need to pay for 2 new tires and that they could patch the tires I have and save me the money. The honesty and respect shown was impressive and I will be back when it is actually time for new tires!

Goodyear worked hard to diagnose an issue with my engine after a competitor charged me $3k in services that did not fix my issue. The fix Goodyear figured out was one that led me to not invest in a repair, but it was so refreshing to get a true diagnosis instead of being charged for more useless services. A screw in a tie that my local dealership couldn’t fix. They advised the screw was almost into the sidewall…? So of course I headed to my local Kansasland Tire & they fixed me right up. These guys are definitely my tire guys. Several years ago, they saved me while out of town for vacation. Kansasland never disappoints me!

I had a brake fluid flush and engine coolant flush done today. I waited in the waiting on a comfy chair and made myself a cup of hot tea ( I had my own teabag) they have items there for a free water and hot water machine. Maybe coffee too but I don’t drink that. Anyway, very nice people work here. I kind of misunderstood the total price and was willing to split between cash and credit card but the manager gave me a little discount so I had enough to pay cash only. I didn’t ask them to and I still feel kind of bad about it ( I had the wrong price) but I really appreciate them helping me out. Next time I ask total price I will have person include the tax too. 🙂

I found myself in a real bind with flat tire that I got driving home from a 16 hour shift late Tuesday night. I was able to make it to my house but had no way of getting my tire off or aired up to try and drive it to a shop. I called Kansasland Tire and even though they didn’t have to they sent someone to help me which I am forever grateful for. The young man they sent tried to air it up enough to get me to the shop but we didn’t even make it out of the neighborhood before the tire went completely flat again. He was kind enough to put on my spare so I could make it to their shop. Once I was their the team took excellent care of me and got me back on the road in about 30mins. They now have a life long customer and will recommend them to everyone I know.

My good experience start with my phone call to schedule my tire rotation. I was calling at 1:30pm and they got me in the next day first thing in the morning. I discovered my tire was flat. I went to an auto business but all of their techs were out to lunch, on my way to my car I noticed Kansasland was across the street. I have had my wheelchair van evaluated by these guys twice, and they could have found something [else] that needed fixing. Upselling is just expected these days - But not here. They do the job you asked them to do, and no more unless your car NEEDS it. I really trust these guys, and their competence with tough to diagnose problems is superb.Oh and they are polite and considerate folks. Sometimes the smart nerdy ones can surprise ya with their people skills too. Hats off to the whole Kansasland Team.Thanks guys, from a disabled veteran who needs to hear it like my rolling reality is. And I like to keep it as well maintained as I can - coz I like to keep the dirty side down and the shiny side up... And ticking like a kitty.
