Can't say enough about Alex Brown at Concordia Kansasland. The guy is absolutely amazing. I have been having the same problem with my Ford Escape for years and have had it looked at by multiple other places, including two Ford dealerships. Everyone was charging me a premium, but no one was actually FIXING IT. Not only did Alex correctly diagnose the problem right away, he took the time to come to the front desk and explain things to me simply and comprehensively so I could finally understand what was going on with it. He ordered the parts quickly, made the repairs within a few days and made sure the issue wouldn't return. He is an excellent communicator and went above and beyond with the repairs. I really appreciate the level of customer service he displayed and of course I'm over the moon that I now don't have to shop for a new vehicle. Very happy with the whole experience. This location’s entire staff was amazing. My wife and I drove our 1996 Supra and we experienced the car pulling all a sudden so I pulled into this shop to have my alignment checked out. The entire staff was welcoming and great to do business with. They went way beyond the call of duty to help me as I was out of town. I want give a special thanks the to technician (Alex) who was so professional and me being a shop owner myself was very impressed with his diagnostic. He was extremely thorough and accurately diagnosed my problem. As an auto repair shop owner myself I highly recommend this shop. They are truly good and honest guys. They also are very clean and handle customer’s cars with respect and cleanliness. Owning a rather exotic older car I’m picky about who touches my automobile as I usually do all the work myself but these guys completely earned my trust.Thank you!

Had a recap semi tire come apart in 90 degree heat with 100 head of pigs on board. They worked fast to get me back on the road and hosed down the pigs to help keep them cool. Couldn't ask for better service or better people.

About half way into a five hour drive, my car started acting strange and the engine light was flashing. We stopped at Kansasland and they jumped right in to see what was going on and what they could do. The manager and his wife were very helpful and made us feel comfortable and welcome. Was heading to Dallas to get my son from the airport and my car broke down on a Friday. Couldn't get parts till Monday so out of shear compassion the guys helped me find a rental car, took me to it, and paid for it because I had an out of state debit card. Obviously they added it to my bill but I'm very grateful for their help and would highly recommend them.

I have been on a search for more than 2 years for tires that fit my unusual car. Finally, one of my rear tires shredded and I drove to the nearest tire place, which happened to be Kansasland Tires in Concordia. While they didn't have and couldn't find the exact tires my car needs, I saw online some slightly different tires and suggested them to the staff. She looked for them in the computer and had two shipped here immediately. They fit! I'm so glad I stopped at Kansasland Tires and will be returning there for future work on my car.9/23: I've had 2 tires on the right rear of my cart shred, so when the current new-ish tire started to go flat and wouldn't fill with air, I went back to Kansasland Tires and they took my car right in. Diagnosis: a bad stem valve in the wheel that had never been fixed. No wonder the tires were going flat! FINALLY, cross my fingers, no more problems with flat tires. Thanks, Kansasland Tires!

Marti and her crew are top notch! I went in to have them check when my tire indicator came on. Within minutes, the tire was fixed and I was on my way! They were also responsive when I asked them for assistance with a different vehicle. That fix will take longer, since parts need to be ordered, but they are on it. I am so glad they are in our community!
