I've used this company and this location in Wichita 21st and Amidon in the past for my mom's car for services as I previously posted I've been having my oil changed there now for almost a year, bought some tires great service hands down! Recently in June it was discovered that I had an oil leak they advised me what needed to be done and it took me a minute to get over there because of my work hours and they're on the west side of town and I work East and one of my brothers suggested that I get a second opinion and I did and the place where I went to get that second opinion tried to charge me and would have charged me five times what I paid for this service I took my car in about 3 weeks ago or a month ago had the service done Top Notch service hands down! They took care of me and my car no games no overpricing that's what you call customer service!!! And you can believe I have and will continue to refer individuals to this location and I will continue to come here too thank you to the office staff and the mechanics that have continued to provide me with a positive experience!!!!

Took my Jeep Commander in for check engine light and a/c check. Rick and his crew did a top notch job. Really appreciate the dedication to vehicle and customer service.As a side note, the restrooms need a bit of tlc. To be honest, when your best work is where it's supposed to be, having an outside cleaning crew would be best.

Thank goodness I found Rick after he left mineke. I had work done on my car at mineke and yup they messed it all up. I called kansasland on 21st and amidon and Rick answered. I was very happy he did. He told me to come right in and he would fix me up. Well he sure did. I’m so great full for Rick and his experienced crew as my car was done in an hour and he fixed all the mess ups from mineke. I had a tire failure right in the middle of Wednesday's heavy thunderstorm, but was near KANSASLAND TIRE AND SERVICE., a business I have used periodically over the past 35 years or so.Forty minutes from the time I called to alert them I was on my way, I drove out with a new tire. They were so considerate by putting the car inside so I did not have to get wet leaving, also took my sister to her house to pick up a replacement car so we could keep an early morning appointment, and located an appropriate replacement tire in the shop. I felt like a very special customer.I highly recommend the Kansasland location on 21st Street between Amidon and West street. All the fellows are kind , considerate and efficient. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Service was absolutely top notch. In addition to squeezing me in last min before a big road trip, Rick Stephenson (store manager) provided me w/ rides to and from the shop. He took quality customer service to the absolute max when he pulled up to my office for ride 2/2 w/ a cold Diet Coke waiting in the passenger cup holder. The other two places I went to were no help at all, I think they were just trying to take advantage of the fact that I'm a single female to get more money out of me. My car broke down nearby. Rick didn't hesitate to offer to go to it to see if he could get it started, which he did. They quickly assessed that I needed a new alternator and battery. The work was done within 2 hours. Best customer service and mechanics ever!
