We were weary cross-country travelers on a Saturday morning limping our car along with what we suspected was a transmission issue. No transmission service places were open on the weekend, so we thought we’d be stuck until Monday and miss part of our travel plans. Kansasland’s store manager found a way to squeeze us in so one of their mechanics could take a look at it even though they knew they wouldn’t be able to repair it. The mechanic was able to diagnose the problem and thoroughly explained it so we didn’t feel so bad about needing to let the car go to car heaven! We are so grateful for their quality service and attention, and we highly recommend this Kansasland shop.

Today is May 16. My experience today isa ditto of all past services. This is why I keep going to Kansas Land. ALL of the employees are really nice. Most of my business has been through Jill, the manager. She is fabulous. She’s got a sense of humor and she’s very down to earth. It’s like doing business with a good friend. She’s been like this since the first time I walked into the business. In today’s world, you don’t often find a business in which ALL of the employees are great. (This is the feedback I gave a couple months ago when I got new tires. It still applies. ALL of the employees are friendly and helpful. Again today, Jill was absolutely awesome!)
