Went to discount tire across the street since it’s well known tire place, but they were short and didn’t have time to help plus quoted us over $70 to take a look at a faulty tire sensor.All to say that we were taken care of so fast by the team at Colorado Tire and Service! They were all so kind and knowledgeable- really made us feel comfortable ! I highly recommend this establishment for all of your car needs!!!!

I live in Littleton and usually go to the Coloradoland in Ken Caryl. Late on a Friday night I hit a terrible pothole and needed a new tire. My tire was under warranty which was awesome! But the Littleton location did not have the tire I needed. They sent me down to the Castle Rock Shop as I was on my way to Colorado Springs, and Tim and his crew helped me out quickly.I had another minor issue with the undercarriage of my car and they were able to help me at no charge! It was a simple fix but something I could not have done myself. I recommend Coloradoland Tire, but especially this location. Tim is the best!

They always have fair prices and have went above and beyond for me to get me back on the road. I have been fighting stage 4 cancer and these guys literally called around to other shops to find a tire for me last year and dropped off them them because they had my tire in stock and I needed my car for the morning to go to treatment. For someone to give away business like that to make sure that I was able to make it to my chemo appointment in the morning was a huge thing!! Because of that I won't go anywhere else!! They the bestest for sure!!

Took 2 vehicles here for alignments after taking my Grand Cherokee to Les Schwab and them saying they couldn't adjust the camber on the Jeep at all. 40 mins after they started on it at Coloradoland, I was done with the Jeep aligned. They we're half the price of Les Schwab too. Great service here!

They did fix my tire's slow leak.But sometimes, it seems like customers are just something that interrupts the day of people who make their money from customers.Is it a sign of the times that so many people are unhappy, or irritable, or appear to wish they were doing something else?Maybe if people looked around and opened their eyes to SO many things we should all be grateful for, things would be better for themselves and those around them.Getting down from soapbox now, and I'll try to smile more often myself.UPDATE..... Changing from a 3 to 4 Stars........Got a call from the Store Manager who apologized for the lack of good customer service. Thank you very much!!! He offered to make it up to me and offered some free services and I truly appreciate the offer, but I declined. Maybe later, but I don't need anything for now.I'll give them a shot another time and we'll see if they can earn a better rating.

My brand new Bronco was misaligned out of the factory and multiple visits to the dealership didn’t fix the issue. The machine would read that the wheels are aligned, but the steering wheel was tilted while going straight. I visited COland Tire & Service to get it straightened and Tim expedited the request. The tech, Anthony, definitely knew what he was doing and now for the first time since leaving the factory, my Bronco drives straight. It also was so quick that I could not even finish one episode of the Netflix series that I was watching. This is the place you want to go.

I had a bad experience at jiffy lube, oil drain plug was stripped out and then they told me they couldn’t do anything for me. I showed up to Coloradoland right as they opened and asked if they could help me out. Not only did they get my car on the rack right away, but they had jeep bring over a new drain. I would highly recommend these guys. It’s well worth the money to not have any headaches.

I brought my car in today for a few issues and an oil change. There was an issue with my appointment in the system but they fit me in anyway - on a very busy day. The process only took a few hours and they called every step of the way to let me know what they found and what they recommended to do. The person I spoke with was very patient, explained everything, and even saved me a bit of money on a diagnostic charge that wasn’t as involved as expected. I will be back here for everything else my car needs.

I drove into this business because my car indicated my tire pressure was low. The workers found a screw in one of the tires. My tire was patched and I was on my way. I had no appt. but was promptly and politely taken care of. Very grateful for their courtesy and help.

Who is this Beller Family bashing and leaving 1 star reviews about Tim and Coloradoland. I have been following Tim for years 12 plus and he has never steered me wrong or any other members of my family. He's always done us right and has always given a cheaper price than originally quoted so these Beller people are blowing smoke, If you want honest opinion and value I HIGHLY recommend Tim!!

I have several excellent experiences at the Castle Rock Coloradoland Tire. I bout a complete set of off-road tires for my Jeep and they rotate them, change the oil and fixed a tire that had a nail. Always professional and always fix the issue . Very nice to deal with.

I’ve been using them since I moved here in 2003 and I was surprised that when I went for oil change I was there for a regular oil change and when I got the invoice it was for synthetic. I’ve never gotten synthetic in my car even though it’s a sports car so to speak. So the price was almost double and I really really needed one so I got it but I was told it was required and they didn’t have a choice but to use synthetic? I wish I would’ve been told that over the phone because looking at my history I’ve always gotten regular oil changes not synthetic due to the price alone. It was awkward thinking it was going to be 40 some odd dollars and it was 73 and I was told only when I got there I was ready for the oil to be changed so notice ahead of time would’ve been nice so I could’ve been prepared for the huge price hike

We take all of our cars here for service. The whole crew is friendly and great to be around. We haven’t had to bring our cars back for any mistakes or anything of that nature. I feel their prices for tires, general service, and other items is reasonable.Additionally, I’ve ask them to do things outside of their normal scope and they’ve always taken on the challenge.Awesome customer service and workmanship.
