I took my truck to the Gene Messer Ford and everyday they kept giving me the run around about part delays and when the parts finally arrived they told me it was going to be another several days before they could start working on it. I called over to McWhorters and I spoke with Mark! Mark I can’t thank you enough, I hope you are blessed this holiday season. By far the best service ever! We were passing through on our way to Austin for a wedding, and we weren’t going to make it because our tires were going bad fast. Everywhere else we called in Lubbock was rude and told us the tire size we were lookin for was weird(35s, stock rims on a 97 F250) McWhorter’s quickly found us tires at a local distributor, had them delivered to their location asap.When we got to their they were super busy and still got us back on the road within an hour. They were so kind, and the prices were super reasonable.If we lived in Lubbock this is the only place we’d ever go.Can’t thank you guys enough, you really went above and beyond. David, I hope we’re getting your name right, but you’re a legend thank you!

I’m always a little weary that I may be taken advantage of as a young woman in an auto shop, but McWhorter’s made me feel immediately at ease. The lube manager, Charles, is very honest and will make sure you are taken care of. Wonderful people and and fast service. My go to for my car’s needs now!

I've been taking my car to McWhorters for years, my grandmother has been taking her vehicles there for over 20 years and we will both continue to. They are the absolute best. Came in needing some help with my hard to find tires and the sales man with a ball cap whoever he is was the best service I’ve ever had! He was knowledgeable in helping me find the right tires, took the time to ask me important questions and I felt like genuinely made an effort to get to know me as a person not just a sale! On top of that he even fixed my flat for free!! Huge help since my particular tires had to be ordered.. Because of that I most definitely will be returning and letting friends and family know!

This staff was AMAZING! Husband called ahead about headlights needing replacement. Upon arrival they were knowledgeable about the call, got me in right away, were accepting of the bulbs we pre purchased, finished the job QUICKLY. They were friendly and professional. Great service and price! I've been here 5 times now between my personal truck and work truck. Great at inspections, airing up your tire to help, oil changes, and fixing tires - of course.I brought my work truck in and said replace the tires, do whatever you need to (my work was paying for it), but they evaluated it and just fixed the stem which was less than $20.Would definitely trust them to do the right thing (ethically) and get it done right!
