We had a unique situation, because we had a tire blow out and had bought our Goodyear tires in Wisconsin, so I wasn't sure if they would be able to help us with the warranty that we had purchased when we bought the tires.Not only did they help us get the warranty processed, they did in extremely fast.If you ever need tires, THIS is the place to go...They not only know their stuff, they also provide some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.

This place is VERY busy. Help get yourself in and out faster by scheduling an appointment. The people at the front desk are nice and friendly. The workers in the back are super efficient. They changed my oil, rotated my tires, and found a gasket leak I was not aware existed. I want to say I was in and out within an hour to an hour and a half. Considering how epically busy they were, this was incredibly fast. I highly recommend them.

Having trouble with my ac, they got me and diagnosed within an hour. Set up and appt and they were so helpful and amazing! Robert was very knowledgeable about what my car needed, and while they were fixing my ac I got all new tires. The best mechanic experience I have ever had!! After my initial visit that did not go very well, the manager reached out to me and apologized. We discussed what I still wanted to have done to my vehicle and he asked for me to bring it in so that he could make it right. He and his team did a great job! I've gone to Kansasland in Andover for more than a decade and literally have had only one complaint or concern (which they took care of immediately and well past my expectations). Manager Mike Feikert is the epitome of what a great manager focused on customer service can do for a company by building a sterling reputation.I have taken all of our vehicles to them for whatever we need, and have also taken several cars I was interested in buying for their once-over and recommendations. They do a great job, don't try to upsell you, and I recommend them, and especially Mike and Rodney, without reservation.

So impressed with the customer service at this business! Every time we have been there, they are extremely accommodating and courteous. I was just in this morning as my tire pressure light came on before traveling out of town and they checked my pressure and aired up my tires at no charge. But more importantly, the man who helped me was extraordinarily kind and went out of his way to be helpful. I will continue coming to this location for all of my tire needs!

I love Andover Kansas Land. I now live in KC but was an avid customer while I lived in Wichita. I was passing through and my car needed an oil change so I stopped at my fav place!
