Love this place. I drive across Wichita past countless competitors because Corie Thomas schedules all my maintenance and tire care appts and makes it super easy to get out there and take care of business. They are always timely and do great work. Staff is super friendly and their techs are knowledgeable and honest at a fair price. Not going anywhere else.

I have used Kansasland for all sorts of repairs from brakes and rotors, to oil changes, and new tires and time after time I receive excellent service and communication. Adam is my primary technician and always does outstanding work! The service advisors Corie and Robert are always welcoming and helpful throughout any process! I highly recommend this team of people! Was happy with the overall visit. New tires, new shocks and struts, and an alignment. Pricing was fair. Their online quote to sent to customers could use some work. Employees were very friendly. My only dislike was their credit card fee, which was displayed clearly but I forgot about. Don’t like paying a fee on top of a $2,000 service visit.

I had an emergency flat tire repair done at the Andover store. It was during lunch and no one was free. When the manager heard our situation, he came out out of his office. Because we were already customers with Kansas land, he offered to do it himself. Kansasland Tire went out of their way to get us in for new tires and an oil change. Then, when I pulled up to their store, my water pump went out. I don't have photos, but they had a delay with my car, due to another vehicle issue. I got a call about a delay with my car! I've used other places in the area, and received no call on any kind of delays, almost 3 days to be exact, and never once got any kind of courtesy call. I will definitely be using Kansasland Tire Service center for any future needs for my car!!

We had a unique situation, because we had a tire blow out and had bought our Goodyear tires in Wisconsin, so I wasn't sure if they would be able to help us with the warranty that we had purchased when we bought the tires.Not only did they help us get the warranty processed, they did in extremely fast.If you ever need tires, THIS is the place to go...They not only know their stuff, they also provide some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.

This place is VERY busy. Help get yourself in and out faster by scheduling an appointment. The people at the front desk are nice and friendly. The workers in the back are super efficient. They changed my oil, rotated my tires, and found a gasket leak I was not aware existed. I want to say I was in and out within an hour to an hour and a half. Considering how epically busy they were, this was incredibly fast. I highly recommend them.

Having trouble with my ac, they got me and diagnosed within an hour. Set up and appt and they were so helpful and amazing! Robert was very knowledgeable about what my car needed, and while they were fixing my ac I got all new tires. The best mechanic experience I have ever had!!
